This classic quilt pattern is a “mash-up” of two of my all-time favorite blocks, the Irish Chain block and the basket block. Both inspired by vintage quilt treasures in my collection, I thought it was time to bring them both together instead of having to choose from the two. Simple chain piecing and these fabulous, oversized baskets, really make putting this quilt together such a joy. Perfect choice for a Patriotic Rendezvous or a Christmas one! I cannot wait to see your variations!
