I have always been a bit in love with these pieced pitcher & flower blocks… they just interpret my collection of vintage French pitchers so well! Over the years we have created these in so many different collections and variations and it was time to refresh this classic pattern with a bit of ROSIE. Completely pieced with no specialty rulers or complicated methods whatsoever, our SEW & FLIP method gives you all the shapes you will need to construct these flowering beauties.

Fabric Requirements
Pitcher Blocks: (4) ¼ yds. large floral prints
Flower Blocks: (2) ⅛ yds. small red prints and (2) ⅛ yds. small blue prints
Leaves: (3) ⅛ yds. green prints
Background: 2 yds, ivory or blue EYELET -or- solid fabric
Inner Border: ⅜ yd. small cream or light blue print
Middle Border: ⅜ yd. small cream or medium blue print
Outer Border: ⅝ yd. large cream or blue floral
Backing: 3 yds. floral print
Binding: ½ yd. red or blue print
