Over the years, I have designed dozens of flower blocks mostly set on cream with a variety of floral and multi colored prints. When I was designing this collection, I decided early on that I wanted to work with one more modern feeling “flowers” while showcasing a variety of cream prints as well as saturated color backgrounds. Playing with size on these blocks was another favorite part of the process for me so I included two sizes of blocks, thus creating 2 completely different quilts in the process! This striking large scale block really lends itself to some great color exploration and work equally well with solids as it would small prints or even larger prints sprinkled throughout. Collect your favorite grouping of (16) fat quarters or work with my EYELET COLLECTION for a coordinating Fig Tree rainbow!
