DENIM VINTAGE SCRAPWORKS KIT

Inspired by a vintage antique find, this is our version of a “make do” patchwork, using favorite large florals, toweling stripes, linens and other favorite scraps of collected fabrics. We used actual toweling pieces for the [k/n] pieces and used up scraps in other parts. I recommend washing toweling prior to use to get a more used feel and even perhaps “tea staining” them if they are too white [more info on last page of pattern]. The sky is the limit on the style you can create with this quilt.

This quilt needs a large variety of 1/3 yd. cuts of large floral, stripes, small florals and geometrics. The more the better to add to the vintage and scrappy feel. See pattern for a variety of fabric tips & suggestions.

QUILT SIZE: 60 1/2" x 70 1/2"

KIT CONTAINS:
(18) different 1/3 yds in a variety of wovens, florals, small prints for a fabulous mix of prints and plaids/stripes for this patchwork. It also includes (4) ¼ yd. more solid feeling prints for the PLUS and "X" blocks as well as (4) 1/3 yds of a variety of cream and low volume prints for block backgrounds and to add into the general mix. Kit also includes dark blue binding as well as the VINTAGE SCRAPWORKS pattern.
If we run out of a fabric, we will sub in with a similar one.
