One of the things I love about designing quilts is playing with color placement to see what will evolve. This was definitely one of those blocks for me. I quickly fell in love with the warm vintage Halloween feel of these “moons” and the variety of ways that you could make them. So gather up your favorite fabrics and join me. Or branch out completely and choose a Christmas, or patriotic, or summertime palette...this block is so very versatile!
