A perfect jelly roll project, these bags come together quickly and give you a perfect opportunity to use up your favorite strips! I have to admit that the bags are just a bit addictive and in three sizes, they are pretty much perfect for any need from shopping to a daily purse, to a small beach bag or a notions/sewing bag. We are making them all the time for me, my friends and the girls . . . well they are a bit "ga-ga" over them too! Hope you will join us and whip up some bags of your own!

Great pattern - beautiful bag! June 14, 2017
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Finger Lakes Region, NY United States
I almost did not purchase this bag because of the negative reviews and am so glad I did.  The bag turned out beautifully - it is a fresh style and was relatively simple to do. I do agree that some of the steps could have been written more clearly but was able to figure out what to do after  re-reading certain steps alongside the diagrams/cutting chart. For this reason, I think this might be a frustrating pattern for a beginner.  However, if you have a good familiarity with boxed corner tote bags, this is a wonderful pattern to add to your repertoire.

Feed Sack Bag May 14, 2017
Reviewer: Sheila Boswell from Igo, CA United States
I found the instructions to this bag were either wrong or incomplete.  Very difficult to follow, finally just finished the bag using my own measurements.  Would be helpful to have the chart that keeps being referred to with all of the information and the measurements correct.  I would not purchase this pattern again.  Although the bags turned out cute I wasted a lot of time.

I have been sewing for 60 years, have made bags and purses before, thought these directions were confusing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
the finished product is really cute but some steps made it harder.
