I fell in love with a vintage version of this lovely quilt in the MODA Quilt Market booth. There was something about it that just drew me in and I couldn't let it go. So I went home and tried to recreate the feel of that vintage beauty but of course without those dreaded templates or specialty rulers, etc. My version uses a method where you have to measure a portion of your square, mark a line and sew. That's it! The rest of the quilt just comes together and the scrappier the better. I know that an orange quilt is not for everyone but I think it is just a perfect addition to any vintage feeling quilt collection. And that lovely sparkly Crossweave orange... well its to die for! I am just a little bit in love with mine! Kit includes fabrics for the blocks, the orange Crossweave and orange dots for the background, the border, binding and directions. Quilt Size: app. 60" x 72"
