This quilt is certainly destined to become a family heirloom but not destined to take a lifetime to make!! It truly appears to be vintage lace but is actually made with quick strip cutting and piecing techniques.
Create one block for a table topper, wall hanging or center of a medallion, or make all 4 for a magnificent quilt that is very basic in its construction.
Make each block a different color duo or all 4 the same - any way you choose - this simply pieced quilt lends itself to special occasions & makes an unforgettable gift.
As youre piecing, think of each block as its own little quilt, complete with its own setting triangles and inner borders. Constructed like this, I do think that you will be very pleased with the results and quite surprised by the ease of construction.
