This is one of those classic patterns that never, ever goes out of style and if you have never done a Lone Star before and have wanted, this is the pattern for you. Starts with a Jelly Roll, so all of your strips are automatically perfectly cut for you, which is incredibly important when working with angles like this star, and works with a “non y-seam” method that makes the whole process totally doable even for an advanced beginning quilter. Each kit includes all of the fabrics and background that you will need plus the extra fabric for the snowflake appliqué in case you choose to make that version. Binding is also included. Pattern for both snowflake and plain lone star versions is also available in the kit.
